we look back on a successful year 2019. As every year, now the christmas time follows - a time of calmness, reflectiveness and quietness.

We wish you and your family a joyous and blessed Christmas. We thank you for the cooperation in 2019 and wish you a happy new year 2020.

Please note that our support is available until 20th December 2019. Tickets arriving before 11 AM CET are still answered. On 27th December 2019, all tickets received during christmas and holidays are answered. Then, the next ticket processing takes place on 06th January 2020.

For urgent inquiries, customers with SLA should contact the premium support. Of course, we will comply with the reaction times we agreed on, also the emergency number is available. I kindly ask you to send inquiries without urgency to the standard support. This means that they do not get answered within the reaction time, but are answered with priority as soon as ticket processing takes places. Thank you!
